I m suffering from patellofemoral pain grade 3.was unable to use my right leg properly.

My rehabilitation was started with basic exercises and gradually increased with some load bearing exercises.

I have seen a lot of improvement in my leg as compared to earlier.I can feel my surroundings knee muscle are gaining strength and I m using my right leg as equally as my left leg for my daily activities

I have been undergoing physiotherapy sessions under the guidance of Dr. M. Sanjeeva Naik for nearly two months now. It has been almost a year since I underwent ACL reconstruction surgery. Despite the considerable time passed, my recovery had been challenging, impacting my ability to navigate stairs and walk comfortably. This became a significant barrier to my daily activities, both physically and mentally.

However, after consulting with Dr. Sanjeev, I regained confidence in my ability to recover and resume a normal life. His approach and treatment plan for my condition were excellent. Through consistent and progressive treatment, he helped me regain strength, stability, and balance in both legs.

Dr. Sanjeev has always been calm, patient, and considerate during our sessions. On days when I pushed myself too much, he advised me to take it easy and rest, showing genuine concern for my well-being. The training facility provided at the clinic is exceptional.

I had seviour disc bulge and lower back pain. I had consulted Dr. Sanjeeva after MRI report. He had explained my situation in detail and suggested the therapy plan. He himself did therapy for me and also gave updates the progress of reduction pain and each therapy details.

I have been to few Physio therapists but didn’t useful for me and also did Ayurvedic therapy but pain started after few weeks.

When I initially began my physiotherapy sessions with Sanjeev, my feet had limited mobility, and moving my affected leg was a significant challenge. I heavily relied on walker support to assist me in my daily activities. However, under Sanjeev's expert guidance, my progress was remarkable.

Within a short period, Sanjeev's therapy techniques and exercises helped me regain mobility in my feet. I went from barely being able to move my affected foot to confidently taking steps with the aid of a stick within a week. By the second week, I no longer required any assistance, and my walking has been improving significantly.

Sanjeev's IASTM treatment was particularly effective in relieving the stiffness in my affected area. Moreover, his personalised approach to my rehabilitation was remarkable. He gradually introduced exercises targeting not only the injured leg but also all the surrounding leg muscles. Over time, he progressively increased the intensity of the exercises, which played a vital role in my ongoing recovery.

Recently I went ARCh Phisyo therapy, I met Dr. Sanjeev for my back pain, he has given good treatment and I have joined there for 10 Days, so every day he suggested new exercises and treatment, Day by day I am getting great relief for my back pain, he explained mainly our sitting postures and laying on bed postures, while doing treatment and exercise he will be monitoring very closely.

I am really very happy to went for treatment taking from Sanjeev. After treatment I am not getting the back pain.

He clearly explained why we are getting the back pain how to reduce in this part only he suggested the best exercises and treatment.

I had a fracture in my left elbow and because of plaster my muscles became very weak. I was not able to straighten my elbow. Also, it was impossible to even lift one liter water bottle with my left hand.

Dr. Sanjeev handled my case and after 10 days I cannot find any difference in my left and right hand, I can completely straighten my left hand now. I don't feel any difficulty in my day-to-day activities. He is very sincere and knowledgeable. He worked on my hand strength with various exercises. I am very much satisfied with the result.
